The Integral Experience 

At its core, Integral embraces the three ways by which we understand our world: from a 1st person “I” perspective, from a 2nd person “WE” perspective, and from a 3rd person “IT(S)” perspective.  We might tend to favor one or two of these perspectives without noticing that we’re leaving out information from the others.  We might recognize how something feels to us, or we might read about and analyze it and thus keep ourselves emotionally distanced. The simple idea of perspective taking turns out to be very significant, for when we really experience what the theory says, and then blend these perspectives, we have an Integral experience, a more Integral way of knowing.

The Integral Experience Workshop is a unique, in-the-moment way of perceiving through being…being with, in, and about a situation or event.
We will offer a variety of ways to embody these perspectives, and will then assist you in applying them in your daily life, be it in personal and professional life and relationships. 
                                                                
We will assist you in applying multiple perspectives between the four sessions through conference calls and on-line group discussion.

Integral Self-Coaching: Working With Your Innate Wisdom

How often do we attend a workshop, use a coach, or learn a new skill for self-improvement only to find that the recommendations do not meet our in-the-moment needs.

The Lines and Levels of Development and the Psychograph, parts I & II
2009

In Integral theory, we’ve not been on the same page with our definitions of the lines of development. We’ll update you on current theories and research defining the lines of development and their levels.

In this series of 6 sessions, we’ll focus on one line each month.  We’ll use multi-media and experiential means to bring the material to life, and we’ll experiment with and illustrate the levels of each line.  Our goal, and our vision, is to render Integral theory useful in your life.

Is there a God?  Your Personal Research and Inquiry Project
Winter, 2009

Philosophers, theologians, and others have for millennia conjectured about the nature of what is ultimate. We moderns have, as Wilber says, thrown out the baby with the bathwater of mythic religious ontologies.  This interactive discussion is intended for people who are trying to rectify the science-spirituality split, without giving up what we know from modern science. Using broad and narrow empirical methods from Integral Methodological Pluralism (IMP), and the prerational-transrational fallacy to filter out New Age and wishful thinking, we’ll use the Integral map to mark signposts of genuine spiritual experiences, which rational people tend to ignore.
